  • 1. Discovery Call

    You contact us to book a discovery call.

    This is a 20-minute, non-obligatory chat where we discuss your project and what you need help producing.

    If, at the end of the chat, you feel we're not right for what you need, or indeed we feel that we can't deliver what you need, we can part ways with no hard feelings.

  • 2. Quote

    Following the discovery call, if  you do want to work with us, we will produce a quote for the work involved.

    If you're happy to proceed, you sign the quote. We also ask for 50% payment before work starts.

    If you don't wish to proceed, we just ask that you let us know.

  • 3. Brief and Delivery

    We will arrange an hour's briefing session with you, where we deep dive into your requirements.

    Then we crack on to produce your 'goods'. delivering a first draft by an agreed date.

    We offer 2 rounds of revision before delivering your final copy, at which point the copy and copyright is yours. Our final invoice is sent with the final copy
